I recently had a customer start evaluating OWA 2010. one of the first things they noticed which I had not, was that in OWA when you receive and appointment that is conflicting with another appt the conflicting apt message does not show up. you have to open the calendar. It is almost like a step backwards.
I have requested information from Microsoft on this and will post when I have better details.
