I wanted to update my previous post. OWA 2010 DOES NOT SHOW appointment conflict for appointments that have been sent from an outside source. Apparently this is by design. not sure why yet. because the mobile client and outlook both show the conflict no matter where or who the invite is from.

WOW!!!!! we recently implemented a Tandberg Codien MCU and let me tell you. the integration with OCS is pretty cool. We can make calls into a meeting from the MOC client and it will show Brady bunch type picture setup.
